Sahra privacy policy

Edge Flows Technology for Programming operates Sahra, an online multiplayer game.
Information we process
- Account and profile information, including display name, email address, user ID, locale, and optional profile photo.
- Authentication and security information, including session tokens, sign-in provider identifiers, and account-verification records.
- Game, social, and communication information, including match history, friends, invitations, direct messages, game chat, reports, and moderation records.
- Device and service information, including push-notification tokens, app platform, network requests, and diagnostic server logs.
- Purchase information, including product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, entitlements, and wallet history. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Sahra.
- Voice-chat audio is transmitted through our real-time communications provider when you choose to join voice chat. Sahra does not record voice chat.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts and multiplayer games, deliver messages and notifications, verify purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, maintain security, and comply with law.
Service providers and sharing
Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure, authentication, notification, real-time communications, app-store payment, and support providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. When an account is deleted, associated account data is deleted or anonymized, except records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.
You can delete your account inside Sahra from Account → Delete account permanently, or use our account deletion page.
Your choices
You can change profile and communication settings in the app, revoke microphone and notification permissions in Android settings, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Children
Sahra is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.
